Fees to be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance with full transparency. All fees are out-of-pocket and require payment via credit card.

All insurance-related communication or requests are the sole responsibility of the patient or family. Documentation for reimbursement is automatically provided for each service.
Full Diagnostic Assessment for Adults & Children/Adolescents
Full Diagnostic with Medication: $750/90 mins.
Every patient must start with an initial diagnostic assessment to best identify and understand what is getting in the way for you or your child. Truly understanding symptoms and what is holding a patient back will then inform my treatment recommendations as appropriately and effectively as possible. Clinical diagnoses, recommendations for treatment, and all relevant psychoeducation are often included in this process. This fee includes a review of basic collateral information provided, completion of basic paperwork needed (school forms, etc.), and solid communication with you and your family as we proceed with treatment.
Occasionally, additional collateral information or collaboration with other providers/teachers/doctors/etc. will be necessary before a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan can be established. I often consider these connections essential to provide you or your child with the absolute best care and plan.
Depending on time constraints and the need for outside information, one or more additional follow-up visits (billed separately at below rates) may be required for diagnostic clarification and/or treatment recommendations.
Initial Consultation with Diagnostic Evaluation and General Treatment Recommendations
Initial Consultation: $500/60 mins.
A consultation is an opportunity to discuss concerns without committing to a full diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan. Recommendations will be provided for next steps – I can help advise whether pharmacological treatment is indicated at this time, or perhaps if psychotherapy would be more appropriate for you or your child.
You are welcome to share the results of this consultation with other providers/caregivers as appropriate. Often, I can provide suggestions for behavioral interventions or school
accommodations, or brief problem-specific counseling or psychotherapy.
This will not include specific medication information (doses, schedules, titrations, etc.) as this requires a full diagnostic intake. Prescriptions are not provided for consultations.
Medication Management and Brief Psychotherapy or Psychoeducation
Follow-up Visits: $350/30 mins.
Follow-up appointments combine medication management with brief psychotherapy to support your ongoing mental health care. These are typically ~30-minute sessions where we focus on monitoring your symptoms, evaluating your response to medication, and addressing any side effects or other concerns. We will approach your care in ways that make sense for your lifestyle and always keep in mind your complete medical picture. Together, we will decide whether adjustments to your treatment plan should be made.
The session may also include brief talk therapy to help you process emotions, manage stress, and strengthen coping strategies. This collaborative approach ensures your care remains personalized and effective over time. Importantly, we will establish and monitor your progress toward clear and measurable treatment goals. This provides an objective approach to optimizing treatment outcomes.
Paperwork (FMLA, Disability, Letters of Accommodation, etc.)
These services will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate, broken down into 15-minute increments. This includes the time required to gather details from patient records, complete the paperwork or letter(s), and deliver them to the correct recipient(s).
You will be made aware of these charges in advance of my response to ensure you are aware of the fees and would like to proceed. An estimate of the time required can be provided in advance; however, it is important to note that the time billed may differ from the estimate.
Medical Decision Making for Complex Inquiries or Requests Between Appointments
Occasionally, questions and requests between appointments require a higher degree of attention and time to be addressed properly. In these instances, time dedicated to the related services will be billed to you at 75% the hourly rate (as agreed upon in your treatment contract). These charges will be applied based on 15-minute increments.
You will be notified before incurring additional charges to ensure you would like to proceed. An estimate of time required can be provided in advance; however, it is important to note that the time billed may be different from the estimate provided.
